Nice Bike

This bike is a A OK, very agile bike which will go round your house, sunroom, shed, garage or garden with ease i did not like pedal assist so disconnected it, also both brakes cutting out the motor this caused along with my age to cause me to fall off and split my helmet so disconnect one brake now i can start off with the motor and use the brake at the same time on a slope, the springing is to stiff for my light weight, now I wait for Engwe to bring out a softer springs. Well worth the money.

Great customer service support. There are some scratches on the handle bar but they offered to compensate me which is great 👍🏻
