It's huge! In all the videos and images the bike looks smallish so it was a shock when I saw the box and then the bike in it!
It came really well packaged and was a doddle to build up having watched a few YouTube vids.
A few tentative trips up and down the street to get used to things like the acceleration, menus, throttle etc. and good to go. The battery/range seems to be very good and the regen noticeably works.
My only change has been the saddle, it's a good one but too small for my large rear end.
I thought for a very long time about buying an electric bike and now I wish I had done it years ago. I'm really happy with this Engine Pro.
